KDM International's founding members – Mr Mauro Grillini and Mrs Daniela Lassandro – established in 1986 company Fin-mark which, in April 2010 was sold to ITE Group plc, together with the exhibitions Aqua-Therm Kiev, Aqua-Therm Almaty and Aqua-Therm Baku.
